All Orders are expected to ship 3-7 business days unless stated otherwise on product description. Products marked as pre-order will have a different shipping time frame so be sure to be aware of this difference before checkout. When you purchase an item in the same cart order with a ‘pre-order’ item, the entire order will ship in the ‘pre-order’ timeline so be sure to separate the order if you wish to have it within the standard shipment time. A separate order should be placed if you are expecting to have the other items in the cart earlier. 

Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent with a tracking number included you can use to track the package but please allow for 48 hours for the tracking information to be available. Status will be updated by the postal courier while in transit. Contact us via ([email protected]) if you did not receive the shipping confirmation or the tracking number is not available through the tracking portal through the postal courier. If your package is labeled as ‘delivered’ and you have not received it, you must contact your local post office with the shipping number. We can not be held responsible for the package once it leaves our facility in cases of lost or stolen packages.

International Shipments

In some cases, International orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive, please be patient but contact us if there are any issues. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (VAT Included) which incur once your package reaches the destination country provided in your order. We are not responsible for these charges given they are applied and to please contact your local post office or customs office for the exact rates. At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to Ukraine & Russia. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, but we will begin shipping to these countries as soon we can resume doing so.
